Watching the sunrise over the mountains on my way to work.
Running through lovely neighborhoods in the morning.
Coming home in the evenings & talking with Ana
Hanging out with Kelsey.
Spending time with wonderful old friends & new ones too; Kettia, Kailey, Sarah, Kristin.
Better control of my blood sugars
Sleeping with the windows open every night.
Local bee pollen to help with my allergies.
